Has anyone ever told you you’re living on borrowed time?
When tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, the music has to hit harder. DeadSpark is the stage name and alter ego of Brian Pierce. I have heavy, raw tracks inside me that demanded a darker space, and I needed the absolute freedom to create them on my own terms. This project is a declaration of survival. There is still a lot of life left in me, and I am going to keep pushing this energy out with every single beat I have left. When the clock is ticking, you realize exactly why every beat matters.
Giving back
Music Moves People.
Music has the power to bring people together, and so does a smile. My goal with DeadSpark isn’t just to share my songs — it’s to eventually pay it forward. Once this project starts generating income, my plan is to put a portion of it toward helping people who can’t afford dental care get the treatment they need.
I know what it’s like to have your body working against you. Living with Sarcoidosis has taught me how much it matters to have people show up for you when things are hard, and I want part of what this music earns to go toward giving someone else their confidence back.
This isn’t a charity or a nonprofit, it’s a personal mission I care about and plan to build out as this project grows. My goal is to eventually connect with people who need help through an application process and word of mouth, and work out a way to support them directly.
